I'm sorry but this pisses me off. Why the hell would you get rid of essential workers and keep middle management. Teacher do the damn job and have to deal with idiots who think that testing means something, and undisciplined children that the parents don't give a crap about. They drop their little animals off to the baby sitter, meanwhile teachers are screwed by test results and disruptive beasts. So their hands are tied and can't teach the ones who are there and will learn. Aaaaaggghhhh!
