yes I know many ppl have heartach over school tax. Mostly thoes who do not have kids. I agree that ppl in apartment should pay some kind of tax since they own no property.
I will say that there were a few teachers in my time that probably should not have been a teacher,,, but lets be real,,, I know Technicians who would be better ditch diggers. We can only hope to have the good ones around who did inspire us and give us insperation.
BTW I realize that this topic is one where we all must agree to disagree. I just find it interesting to hear all views. It helps me to maybe see a angle on soemthing I had not thought of.
