I'd have to go with Indian. First, I'm old and slow so I wouldn't utillize or fully appreciate the Norton's attributes. Then, I have good memories of a former childhood neighbor who used to race for Indian and told me many of his stories, with photos - before WWI ended that phase of his life (taking one of his legs with it).
Ran into another old racer years later who raced HD against my former neighbor. Cool stories those old guys had.
