Can anyone recommend somewhere good in the states that will ship parts to Australia. In particular I am after some genuine Triumph parts as well as Ikon shocks and handlebars. I have emailed a few different places and they won't send to Aus!!!

+ 1 for Fast Eddy Adrian. I buy all my old and new Triumph parts from overseas and even with air freight costs it's cheaper than buying locally here in Oz in most cases. When are our local retailers going to learn we're not going to be taken for mugs any longer?

FrankW was getting OEM parts shipped to Oz out of the UK and the prices and shipping were good. I'm not sure who from though. You could PM him to find out if he doesn't comment himself (he's not in the forum as often these days).

I was getting genuine parts from Jack Lilley Triumph in the UK. Their prices were very good and didn't rip you off on postage.

I used to phone them on the following number and speak to either Kath or Rob.

I never had a problem with them, they were also very quick with whatever I needed.

Don't even think about buying from Bike Bandit.
The name says it all. Whoever does their overseas shipping charges import duties and taxes that we don't legally have to pay.
Any item that you import into Australia with a value of less than a $1000 (Including postage) does not atract any taxes or duties.
I even phoned them to see about using USPS for some parts that I wanted.
The answer I got was "Take what the website says or leave it".

Ikon reps overseas are 'banned' from selling back into aus...at least that is what I was told when I tried to buy some. Fast eddy is great value..

Aussie guys on the site, if it is not something I carry, say like bandit, get it shipped to me and I charge actual shipping fees as a favor to you guys. I have done it on a few occasions and don't mind doing it as a favor on things I can't get.

I have ordered some parts from British Customs that I couldn't find elsewhere and didn't have any problems with service and delivery
