I just bought a set of switchblades on ebay for $65 with Honad Adapters. I relisted the adapters and got $15.00. Ordered the Triumph Adapters from Dennis Kirk. These pegs are awesome. I love them. However, when I first put them on they would move if I put any weight on the heel. I called Kuryakyn and they know about the problem. They told me to take a cold chisle and make some notches all around the cone part of the adapter. Simalar to a making it knerled. That fixed the problem and They don't budge.
