For those readers that are unlucky not to live downunder, one of the things we do here in Oz is celebrate Christmas in the winter months (Julyish). During one of our more reflective moments on the first night (after a feast of very ordinary pork cutlets and other festive treats), we realised that it would have been a good opportunity to celebrate this festive occasion. Sadly we were without a christmas tree and all feeling a little empty inside.
