Not to derail the thread, but it reminds me of a friend/worker who retired 2 months ago and moved from the dryland grain country of central Montana to a small house/sailboat parked on Puget Sound, WA. He's been a boater for years (~24-26' sailboat), this was their dream, hope it's working out better than planned
