Been in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 27 years come August 27th. Six years ago I went to Warrant Officer School, I am now a CW2. 19 years ago I got a full time job working for the PA Guard(Gov't Job)as a mechanic. I moved up from a mechanic to an inspector and 4 years ago I got a supervisors position. I supervise 9 mechanics and 1 tools and parts attendant between 2 different maintenance shops. The job can be a pain in the butt at times with all of the responsibilities and dealing with employees. I have 12 years and 4 months to go before I can retire but at least I get to retire at a decent age (56). Oh well enough rambling. Ron
