I do not know that much about the latest models but rode on the dark side for many years mainly with the 1340 evolution. I used to trade them at 35,000k as that was about the point that the engine base gasket started to leak and not long after the cam bearings would begin to rattle etc. I deduced this from experience with other riders so avoided the problems although to be fair I have seen the odd one do big miles without any problems!
