My wife and I have had one for a little more than a year. It's ok. I don't know that its worth as much as they get, but then, I'm kinda a tight a** when it comes to stuff like this. (Now, if it was CHROME!, then....) We got it through the "display model/reconditioned program, saving about $300. If you're on a budget, ask about that. It's usually always available, though a store site is gonna steer you into a new unit. Go online for the cheaper price. My wife likes it mushy, I like mine fairly firm.
One mistake I made, I didn't get the controls that have the number visible on them, that was a mistake. We just inflate until we like the feel, but the lighted number controls would be handier. Forget the plastic "foundation". Thats just a money maker for them. Just use a regular box spring for support or plywood over planks, works just fine for less than half the money. Get at least the "thinner" pillow top, it helps distribute the "load" better. Haven't had any mechanical problems so far. I give it a "thumbs up".
