Do any of you fine folks have a sleep number bed? If so, which version and can you share a few positives and negatives or things to look for, etc.
My wife and I are considering a new bed but I'm getting discouraged by the reviews of sleep numbers and apparent lack of customer support. Any opinions would be appreciated.
