Ok Guys why are you thinking so small. Use 1 big cylinder actually. 1 shaft Turbine. 1 intake, Allison 250,up to 40,000 lbs of thrust. Now that will make a Bonney Fly. These engines are used on Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters. I actually saw one of these in a Joh Deere Riding mower at the state fair! You will definitely need heat shields with this exhaust.
