Well I can tell you that up here Maine which is vast and ALOT of very rural areas that inspection stickers will be displayed on the plate.To add to it they are in discussions with the Maine congress to make it so inspection station will have to test for certian db levels if your over I think its 98( dont quote me on that #) you will fail your inspection which like i read earlier on this thread will prohibit you from being able to register your ride.So even up here in the middle of no where they are cracking down.
