Personally speaking it's my inalieanble right to play the bagpipes outsie my neighbours window at 3am if I please. I'm sure he'll understand that any protest is a childish and selfish infringement of my civil liberties.
I'm pretty sure that I also have the right to throw my unwanted fast food wrappers in his mailbox( I'm not 100% certain about that one, but it sounds about right)
Oh and another thing....
