I am plenty considerate, I stay the he!! outa their business and they stay outa mine. My pipes are not as loud as the road crew in front of my house with spot lights pointed out at my bed room window when I am trying to sleep because I have to go to work early in the morning. Or those clowns with the thump thump sterios that drown out my TV when they drive by. So don't give me that consideration BS, you might hear my pipes for a minute as I drive by, maybe, if I am going slow. They are not nearly loud enough to hear over a TV when I go by. I don't have any neighbors close enough to hear my bike when I start it either and if I did it wouldn't change anything.
