I thought I'd try to "organize" a day trip for Saturday August 6th in East Tennessee. A convenient meeting point would be Cleveland, TN; that's about half-way down (or up) between me and Mikemm03 and a fair jumping off point. A good time to start would be 9am. We'll head west toward Fall Creek Falls state park, skirt around Savage Gulf state park and scoot up the western slope of Monteagle (the legendary Rocky Top) to stop at Jim Oliver's Smokehouse for mid-day grub. After eats we'll slip over to Sewannee and take the lesser traveled road down through Sherwood to Stevenson, AL and hook back up along the west side of the Tn. River toward Jasper, Dunlap and that nice twisty stretch to Graysville before returning to the hook up spot. Ought to be about 250+ miles or so of twists, sweepers and just plain great scenery.

We could throw in a loop around the Little River Canyon next to my home town but that's adding another 100 miles south.

Open to any suggestions or modifications, who wants to ride?
