If you're referring to the two triangular pieces - Nope....
They are just some 2 or 3 mm thick stainless steel cut, shaped and drilled.
The part the holds the lamps and is bolted onto that fabricated part IS an OEM part!
I believe that is the original item you have with the Rocket III lamps - but its turned upside down!
