Jokes aside, I'm interested in this also, only driving 4 wheels on the opposite side. I think a sidecar would be really tough.

Swapping sides of the road isn't too bad as long as you do 2 things.
1. Drive a car made for the country your in.
2. Remember what the car salesman said in 'Worlds Fastest Indian', everywhere in the world, the driver sits in the middle of the road.
On a bike, drive on the same side as the traffic signs that you can see the fronts of.
