I wonder if dealers have any clue how much damage this kind of stuff does to dealer reps in general. I grew up on bikes in the 70s, dealt with lots of dealers. There was one notable "crook" in my area, but even he wouldn't hold a candle to what passes as ordinary business practice in some shops today.
