both the relay and battery are returnable .UNTILL you install them .. then if not the prob ...You have spares.
I know of No parts supplier that will or can return a battery once installed.. it becomes used and most dont deal w/ USED batteries ... and most parts are returnable .. except for electrical .. good luck w/ that
