I gutted mine and love the sound, just left the reducer in the header end for some back pressure so I don't lose the bottom end torque. If you are not sure what you want I suggest knocking out one at a time and try them until you have what you want. Wendy's slash cut stock pipes are slightly louder than my cannons and now she has slash cut shorties on there that are thunderous!
