I purchased the backrest that you've shown on e-bay and really like it because you can adjust the fore/aft position and all you need is a vise to bend it a bit if you want to change the angle. It can be removed with a simple set-screw (leaves the bracket behind though). I like a lot of lumbar support so it worked for me.
