before..

frame pics from cycle one.. she will ship out on monday, then it's full steam ahead.

stay tuned for a massive build...

Have you sold the front end of the original bike? Those black forks would look good on my sppedie.

the acme frame is top-notch... i'm taking .190 wall tubing and the looped axle setup is spot on.. the frame does come with motor mount plates and hardware as well the as the axle plates, etc... i did have to weld all the stuff on. ( foward controls, battery box mount, fender mounts, kick stand, etc. ) i probably put 4lb of mig wire on this frame. ( so sad since the tig welds are so nice. ) i just wanted to do it myself.

give acme a call and ask for wayne.. he is the owner/frame builder.. super nice guy to deal with.. tell him mike malloy sent ya.

I like what you built but I like the bike you took apart better. Just slap that fat front tire on you original bike and you would have something.

Never said anything about weather they were the same, similar, or remotely alike. What I did say is I like the one he started with better. I also didn't knock the result that I also like, just not as much as the blacked out bike. If he likes the result better that's great for him and what is important but again not relevant to my statement that I like the first one better. Others have given their opinion that they like the new bike as did I but then went on to say I prefer the former machine.
