In all honesty I feel that the world should treat those that create malware and viruses just like any other terrorist. It is exactly what they are terrorists and they need to be dealt with in the same manner. Figure out where they are and strike with a SEAL team and put one in their melon. After a few are dealt with like that fewer will continue to play the game.
We should treat them the same way we'd treat people who would poison the water supply, blow up power plants or set fire to refineries. Enough of this kid gloves crap. Let the Saudis carry out their punishment as we are too big a weenies to do it right and broadcast it over the internet. Show their grieving mothers crying "But he's such a good boy."
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
