Lowes has a line of security system bits, magnetic switches, noise makers etc.
Some bike alarms have an external input intended for connecting up a motion sensor on another bike. Nothing says it couldn't just as well be connected to a door or outside motion sensor.
If you have a door to your back yard, put in a doggy door and get a really big 'doggy' to sleep in there.
