OK stuck float maybe, dirty gas clogging things? pull the carbs, drain gas, clean, poke, spray, set floats (17mm). finally get to ride, NOT!!! after coaxing it to finally start, runs like absolute crap, stalls and starts peeing gas again!!
what gives? back in, or do I just replace the carbs I never liked? 
also make sure that it did not back fill into your motor.check your oil level ...
