Only letter I ever got from Triumph was a recall notice about having to relocate the rear master cylinder because of something about bad things happening if the bike tipped over. The dealer around here is too far away to bother and the bad things that happened when my bike 'tipped' over didn't seem to affect the rear brake.
Maybe it is just a Triumph UK thing.
