This is the first time I have had a change to get on the computer, made it home yesterday afternoon, the 10th. I got caught in 8 hours of rain on Thursday which put me a day behind. 4,660 miles and only one day of rain. I suppose I can't complain. My back tire is toast, the cords are showing through.
I, too, would like to thank Dwight and Judy for their hospitality and willingness to open up their home to a bunch of bikers! This truly was a national gathering of Triumphs, I am glad to have been a part of it. Also, on a personal note, I would like to say thank you to Todd and Fast Eddy for being my companions on this long journey. To Dave (Narcisco Lopez), Thank you for being our guide through the beautiful Rockies from Denver down to Prescott. At 62 I don't know if I can handle a long trip like this again but this is one I can check off my own bucket list with great satisfaction.
