This is exactly what I was worried about with the Black ISO's. If I had gone with them I was going to buy a spare throttle sleeve from pinwall on fleabay and modify that so I could keep my stock one.

I found Avon grips that came with their own sleeves and I actually liked them better. You can read about it here.
