I've had stock, TORs, Epcos, and SS. I know very well what Sceptre sounds like as I hear them on a regular basis. I've heard all the pipes listed above. That being said, I believe EPCOs name should sit right between the D&D and BUBs. I liked mine. If you can get a set at a good price, I would get them. They sound great when you get on them and they are neighborhood safe.
You can use the hangers from your stock pipes if hangers don't come with your next set.
I'm not sure what you're set-up is so I can't speak to re-jetting however I will say re-jetting is a good idea anytime you switch something like pipes or mess with the bikes breathing.
