Modifications and accessories to date:
Air injection removed (before I bought it)
Snorkels removed and air box drilled
Rear peg hangers removed
Rear pegs relocated to serve as mid-pegs for driver
Speedometer and mirrors lowered
Reflectors removed
Rear signal stems shortened
Wires hidden in handlebars
Vista Cruise installed (7/8" modified)
Throttle Rocker installed
K&N filter installed (carbs jetted/adjusted)
Tank knee pads installed
T-100 sprocket cover installed
Tall sissy bar (shortened by previous owner)
Projected mods and accessories:
Drill the stock mufflers
Install driving lights and possibly smaller signals
Modify stock seat
LED brake light
Possibly some head and brake light modulators
Various parts to be powder coated black
And I'm kinda thinking of painting the sheet metal black with blue crescent on the tank (about the color of my truck).
Oh and before anything else I need to install new brakes front and back... But I guess that's more maintenance than modification.
