I think you will learn to appreciate coffee by taking what's said there with a grain of salt. Just remember that there are fanatics in any hobby, so some of the things being written at Coffee Geek might, deservedly, be thought of as far fetched.

I do agree with the unanimous opinion there that you can't get a good cup of coffee at Starbucks.
