I'm the opposite.
I tried iced coffee over here and just couldn't!
They use cream and some kind of sweet syrup to make iced coffee... infect!
Actually, even hot coffee is bad... Taiwan never learned how to brew a nice cup of coffee.
So, I do my own mix with medium roast columbia and dark roast espresso. Grind it as perfectly as I can, use an espresso machine to press a double, froth the milk and voila! Got my latte every morning.
I NEED it! There are very few places that can come up with a better coffee than mine. So, I like to introduce my local friends to what a coffee should really taste!
This is a bad thread for me... it s now the evening and you guys got me into thinking about coffee!
I used to, but now, I can't drink this after 3h pm... or I'll lay on my bed wide-opened-eyes until 4h am!
