It wasn't until this thread that I even thought of doing my own roasting... I bet THAT makes a difference (as I sit here enjoying my best-coffee-this-side-of well, you know what I mean). Sip, sip... ahhh, this IS good coffee but if home roasted equates to an even BETTER cut, I gotta look into THAT!!
So Ed... you use the Gene Cafe coffee roaster. How's that working for ya?
