Hi, My name is Ed and I'm a coffee addict. I roast my own beans and usually have upwards of 200 lbs of green beans in my basement. I own five coffee grinders but only regularly use 3. My day begins with a double espresso consumed while preparing to fill my thermos with a fresh brew made in my vacuum pot I'm presently enjoying an Ethiopian Sidamo But my favorite origin is a nice natural prep Brazilian bean mixed with a traditional mocca/java blend.
