Lasse, you asked for pics so here's a few. Fyi, I'm a tad over 6 feet tall but that doesn't matter too much really unless you have abnormally short arms cos the risers are adjustable as these pics should show.
Just keep in mind the first pic just shows the bars with the risers I bought to go with them and found I still didn't have that completely relaxed feel I was after.
That's when I found the adjustabel risers and from there I never looked back. Also, keep in mind you WILL need longer cables than stock for this setup.
Btw, I hadn't been on a ride for a little while for various reasons but on the way to work today, I thought to myself I'm not changing my setup, they are spot on.
