Hi Robert, sorry for messing up a bit your discussion. It seems you got same model america as I do (even colour).
It seems to me that on some pages they don't exactly give the numbers for both pullback and raise. I think both is essential in case it's truly a pullback riser in question. If you got some model nbr, perhaps you could find more accurate info on some other page or perhaps asking directly from seller. It seems to me that you can adjust the bar to certain limit by a riser , but if the problem is the handlebars itself , perhaps better to start by checking out that buckhorn.
