That was a rather entertaining read there, Rob. Appreciate the post.

That guys is more a commedian, and less an editorialist.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Yeah, I think somebody posted this a few years back Rob, and as I recall, and because I come from the one state, California, which allows lane-splitting, I remember a little rant of mine in response to that one specific point the author brings up.
In other words, yep, he does make a few very clever, funny and EVEN truthful points in this offering(ESPECIALLY about the issue of us riders being "invisible"...the "girl's locker room" analogy being particularly funny)..BUT...when it came to the issue of lane-splitting, the guy has NO freakin' idea what he's talkin' about!
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

In his bit about wasps, he forgot to mention where they lie in wait to ambush you on the road.
