#1 , I can't figure out what goin' on there either, unless the carbs were removed and spun 360, the only other thing is, like you suggest, the cables are switched at the carbs. I meant that if twisted 360, remove the twist by removing the cables at the grips, spin 360 and re attach, and yes, you only have one option for how they fit the twist throttle.
