I like my wings dry with a bit of a crust to them and not slimey. I found the best way to get them that way is to BBQ them. I'll eat 'em just about anyway you serve them, but my 3 favorites are Garlic and Lemon Pepper with no sauce on them or on the side, Teryiaki with Ranch dressing on the side, and Hot wings with blue cheese.
Used to be you could buy them at the grocery store in big packs for 19 or 29 cents a pound, but since they've become popular, now it's $1.29-1.49 a pound.
My deceased mother-in-law(god rest her soul) used to grow award winning chickens for Perdue, and luuuuuuved to eat chicken feet. Can't see it myself.
