Left side mirrors usually do vibrate slightly more than do those mounted on the right side of the handlebars, and on most motorcycles.

The answer lies in the fact that the throttle mechanism on the right hand-grip adds just enough of a little extra weight so that it helps steady the mirror on that side of the handlebars.
