Quote: In lou that Geoff already has to leave home at 7a.m., I think realistically it may be a little tight going to Ray's first, it would only take one jam, and it would throw all plans out of the window. So I think it would be best if we stuck to plan A!!! i.e. I meet Geoff at 8:30 at Corley Services, we take a gentle ride up to Caton, grab a coffee there, then meet everyone at Devil's Bridge. Clear as the proverbial Chris how long from Caton to DB? Also to save Chris a ride out, I can swing by Lancaster Services on route and pick anyone up that are there, say 11:30 - 12:00. Chris if you PM your number I can call as we leave the Services and meet you at the Layby/Cafe at Caton.
Unless Geoff doesn't mind getting up even earlier and meeting us at 8am, then that would mean we could get to Ray's about 11. Which would mean reverting to Plan 69a!!!!!
There I think that makes it as clear as mud.
Clear as the proverbial. Don't know why but plan 69 seems by far the best. I'll come to the services for 11.30 anyway just in case and that will give plenty of time for a stop at Caton and then to meet Ray at Devils Bridge
For anyone who needs it my mobile is 07817 367 111
