The Metzeler 880 rear I have on now has 13000 miles on it. It passed PA state inspection 1000 miles ago. The first Metzeler front tire I had lasted 12,000 miles, the second went 8000 miles. I haven't tried the other brands to comment on handling, rain, etc. But the Metzelers have lasted for me.
