I got some new Avon grips for my bike. Throttle side was easy to install. Clutch side not so much. They give you a double sided glue sheet that you stick to the bar and then remove the paper from the other side, wet it, and slide the grip on. Says to give it 2hrs. I did it around 6pm last night checked at noon today and still moving like there's nothing there.
What else can I use to glue that puppy on? I've searched a bit and find references to hairspray, superglue, and gorilla glue but nothing definitive.
Any suggestions? Already been out of commission 2 weeks waiting for throttle cables, I've got the itch bad.
