So even with the switch bypassed nothing got power? Nothing at all?
How many wires do you have coming off your battery that ARE NOT aftermarket? There should be two brown wires, one to the rectifier and one to the 30A fuse.... are both of those there?
If your ignition switch is ok then you should get power to your fuse box. Have you checked that? Both sides of the fuses and at the back of the fuse box?
