I feel a little better (a little more sane). Pulled out the headlight module and the headlight and horn and starter worked. No turn signals and the brake light is on all the time. Not sure how the brake and parking light could get reversed, if that's indeed what is going on (this is the same exact harness I used before, just with the LED brake light license plate frame removed. Unplugged the rear harness and the front signals (stock) still don't work. So I can't imagine the new bulbs from Brent are bad. I might have a short somewhere? God I hope not.
Anyway, that's all the news. I may try the headlight module again once everything else is sorted. As I stated above, there's really only one way to plug it in, so I couldn't have had anything reversed inside the headlight.
