You all might want to Google a new chrome process or paint or whatever they are calling it. Magic Chrome. It is suppose to allow anything to be chromed. You prep a part with their primer , then paint it on with a spray gun. Then clear it. A pints worth was listed at $175. I thought it sounded like it might be a cheap way of doing several pieces. I saw something on classic cars in jay leno's garage that was something similar but I'm not sure if it is the same thing.
