Well, since his beliefs were particularly Midieval, why not quarter his body and put in on heavily boobytrapped pikes throughout the Middle East. Start with his head in Islamabad, where maybe, with some clues, the Pakistani Army and ISI MIGHT guess whose head it is, then send his unclean left hand to Saudi Arabia, feed his heart and genitals to pigs. Then you can put the rest of his body in places like Syria, Libya and Yemen.... That would be fitting for him, but now we'll probably have to pay a fine for dumping sewage in the ocean!
