I cut the left grip off, then slid the new one on with the glue supplied. The throttle side is easy. You need to dismantle the switch housing, remove the cable ends from the throttle sleeve then off she comes... grip, sleeve and all. Next slide the new Kury grip on, connect the cable ends, reassemble the switch housing and go for a ride.
