You can cut the old grips or work a thin blade screwdriver under there, spray some WD40 and work them off that way. Up to you. Just slide the left ISO grip on. On the throtle side you are going to have to shave the ribs off the throtle tube. Use a sharp utility knife or dremel etc. Whatever works. Then the grip should fit over the tube. It will be very snug. Spray some hair spray inside the grips (or at least the left one) before you install them. This will help them slip on and when it dries it will help keep it on.
